IR Overview

One of the few companies in the S&P 500 index that is incorporated outside the U.S., Ingersoll Rand used to be a company specialising in heavy machinery. Nowadays, it is a global diversified industrial firm providing products, services and solutions to transport food and perishables, secure properties, and enhance industrial productivity. It has 39 plants in North America; 30 plants in Europe; 14 plants in Asia; and 8 plants in Latin America, serving customers in almost 200 countries.
