ACAS Overview

A private equity fund specialising in management, employee and private equity buyouts, American Capital is a member of the S&P 500. It and its affiliates invest from Ç5m to Ç500m per European company and from $5m to $800m per North American company, providing senior and mezzanine debt funding, and equity to fund growth, acquisitions, recapitalisations and securitisations. It manages $19 billion worth of funds.
