Resolution Ltd. Overview

Resolution is Clive Cowdery’s insurance investment vehicle, which paid £1.86bn for life insurer Friends Provident in August 2009. The entrepreneur has said he wants to buy at least three insurers before floating the merged business in 2012. Resolution listed in London in December 2008 after raising almost £650m.
