Debenhams Overview

Debenhams is a department store group that floated on the market in 2006, three years after being taken private by private equity groups CVC, Merrill Lynch and Texas Pacific. The group has over 120 stores across the UK and Ireland with around 20,000 employees. Debenhams also has a further 29 international franchise stores in 14 countries.
