Roth & Rau is a leading supplier of PECVD equipment for deposition of amorphous hydrogenated silicon nitride as passivation and anti-reflective coatings for crystalline silicon solar cells. Further products are plasma etching systems for various dry etching processes in photovoltaics, plasma technologies for thin film solar cell manufacturing particularly on flexible substrates and plasma process equipment for research & development.
