EA Overview

Founded in 1982, Electronic Arts (EA) is the world's leading independent video game publisher. The California-based company develops and publishes interactive entertainment software for personal computers and advanced entertainment systems, such as PlayStation, PlayStation 2, Xbox, Nintendo GameCube and Game Boy Advance. EA markets its products under three brand names: EA SPORTS, EA GAMES, and EA SPORTS BIG, generating revenues of $2.5bn in 2003.
