NVLS Overview

San Jose-based, Novellus Systems, is a leading supplier of thin film deposition, surface preparation and chemical mechanical planarisation systems used in the fabrication of integrated circuits, or computer chips. Novellus provides products and technologies to the world’s largest semiconductor manufacturers. It owns subsidiaries throughout the United States, as well as in the United Kingdom, France, Germany, the Netherlands, Ireland, Israel, Italy, India, China, Japan, Korea, Malaysia, Singapore and Taiwan, although manufacturing operations are based, primarily, in California and Oregon.
