CBE Overview

Cooper Industries can trace its origins back more than 170 years and is now a global manufacturer of electrical products and tools and hardware, selling its products to customers in more than 50 countries and generating annual revenues for 2003 of $4.1bn. The company manufactures thousands of products through its seven electrical products divisions, which generate over 80% of annual revenues, and two tool divisions, which produce power tool and hand tool lines.
