Fiat Industrial Overview

Fiat Industrial (FI) was formed by a demerger from the Fiat Group, effective on January 3rd, 2011. The plan was to split the industrial assets from the car manufacturing businesses to facilitate a merger of the Italian carmaker with Chrysler. FI’s assets include truck maker Iveco and tractor company CNH Global NV.
