Cove Energy Overview

The primary activity of the Company (formerly known as Lapp Plats PLC) is now focussed on identifying and acquiring oil and gas assets in the early phase of the upstream life-cycle, and maturing them into marketable opportunities for medium and larger oil and utility companies. The Company’s initial focus will be on Africa and the Mediterranean. The Company also continues to be involved with mineral exploration in Sweden, Norway and Finland, principally platinum and nickel.
