MCC Overview

Macarthur Coal is an independent Queensland-based coal mining company with operations in Queenland’s Bowen Basin. It has been listed on the Australian Stock Exchange since 1 July 2001. Macarthur Coal's principal product is low volatile pulverised coal injection coal (PCI coal) for use in the production of steel. The company provides about 44% of the low volatile PCI coal exported from Australia.
