ING Medical Properties Trust, previously known as Calan Healthcare Properties Trust, is a publicly listed investment fund that invests in health and medical related properties. The Group itself is not an operator health care facilities, rather, it identifies and purchases health care properties and lease them to operators. In some cases, the ING Medical Properties undertakes the design and construction of a healthcare related property for particular health service providers. These properties may include surgical and medical facilities,  health support facilities, primary health care facilities, geriatric and continuing care facilities.
