Phoenix Group appoints new Finance Director

Life insurance and pension fund consolidator Phoenix Group has appointed a new Finance Director.

Jim McConville will take up his post at the FTSE 250 firm on June 6th, having been recruited from Northern Rock where he worked from 2010 to early 2012.

Previously, he was at Lloyds Banking Group for over 20 years, where he held a number of senior finance roles, including Finance Director of both Scottish Widows and the insurance and investments division.
