Notification of Transactions of Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMRs")
As required by Article 19.3 of Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014 on market abuse, Mattioli Woods (AIM: MTW.L), the specialist wealth and asset management business, announces that on 9 May 2024 the Company received notification from Link Market Services Limited ("Link") that Link allocated new Ordinary Shares of 1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company on behalf of certain PDMRs of the Company as part of a standing annual contribution instruction, under The Mattioli Woods plc Share Incentive Plan, as follows:

The allocation of all employee contributions on 9 May 2024 was satisfied by the issuance of 21,782 new Ordinary Shares to the plan on 9 May 2024.
In addition the Company announces that on 10 May 2024 Ian Mattioli, Chief Executive Officer and PDMR, transferred 100,000 Ordinary Shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to his charitable trust for nil consideration.
Ian Mattioli's total interest in Ordinary Shares therefore remains unchanged at 3,109,073, which includes shares held Persons Closely Associated with Ian Mattioli as defined by the UK Market Abuse Regulation. As defined by The Takeover Code, Ian Mattioli has an interest in 3,114,543 Ordinary Shares, including those held by close relatives, related trusts and connected persons.
