    LONDON (ShareCast) - A & J Mucklow got a boost today as the property group said it has decided to work towards conversion to Real Estate Investment Trust, or REIT, status on 1 July 2007.

    The firm said shareholders will be able to consider amendments to its articles of association to facilitate the conversion to a REIT at an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) in May.

    Further details of the effects of conversion will be provided to shareholders in a circular, to be sent out in April prior to the EGM, it added.
