LONDON (ShareCast) - The Sunday Telegraph believes ICAP shares represent a solid investment, and while it may not be inclined to advise potential investors to buy in at these levels given the ongoing upheaval in global markets, it believes that existing shareholders should hold on.

The sell-off for IQE looks overdone as it looks set to improve its position even if other sectors suffer. So on 15 times forecast earnings, the shares look good value, says the Sunday Telegraph.

Addax shares have fallen from around £23 to just over £19 in a few weeks. But with its cashflow and prospects, Questor believes Addax is a strong buying opportunity.

The Sunday Telegraph says Pinewood is a buy.
