Directors' Dealings

On 1 June 2012 Ian Dinwoodie, Chief Executive Officer and Ramon Borrell, Research and Development Director, each exercised options over 10,122 Xaar plc ordinary shares of 10 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") at an exercise price 46.28 pence per share. The options had been granted under the Xaar plc 2007 Share Save Scheme on 1 June 2009 and vested on 1 June 2012, having met the performance criteria in full. Mr Dinwoodie transferred 5,061 of the relevant Ordinary Shares to his wife Karen Dinwoodie.

Following these transactions, Mr Dinwoodie's beneficial interest in the Company has increased by 10,122 to 207,449 Ordinary Shares representing 0.28% of the current issued share capital of the Company and Mr Borrell's beneficial interest in the Company has increased by 10,122 to 168,717 Ordinary Shares representing 0.23% of the current issued share capital of the Company.
