The Company reports the following transactions in common shares of the Company by Senior Officers of the Company on 19
June 2012. All prices are in Canadian dollars, unless noted otherwise. The common shares were issued upon the vesting of
previously issued restricted share units of the Company. In addition, a further 75,820 common shares were issued to
certain other non-senior officers of the Company upon vesting of previously issued restricted share units of the Company
at $16.66 per share for the vesting on 17 June 2012.
