UK bookmaker William Hill has completed the acquisition of American Wagering, Brandywine Bookmaking and the racing and sportsbook assets of Sierra Developments, which trades as Cal Neva.
Only last week the company received its non-restricted gaming licences by the Nevada Gaming Commission, clearing the way for the company to start operating in the US.
The price tag on the acquisitions is around $49m (£31m) in total and were funded in cash.
The share price fell 1.78% to 281.50p by 10:20.
