Interior Services Group (ISG) has secured a multi-million pound contract to build the accommodation element of the new Center Parcs Woburn Forest holiday village in Bedfordshire.
ISG will construct 625 lodges around the 365 acre site, with the first guests due to arrive in spring of 2014.
The £61m deal marks the continuation of the ISG's relationship with Center Parcs owner, private equity firm Blackstone, having previously built student accommodation blocks for the company.
The share price rose 4.08% to 127.50p by 09:30.
