The Cayenne Trust plc ("Company") announces that it has today bought back 25,000 Ordinary shares in the capital of the Company, representing approximately 0.06% of the Ordinary capital in issue, at a price of 108.96 pence per Ordinary share.


 


The Ordinary shares bought back will be placed in treasury and as a result of this transaction the Ordinary share capital in issue, Ordinary shares held in treasury, and the Total Voting Rights of the issued capital are now as follows:
