LONDON (ShareCast) - Innovation Group, a provider of outsourcing and software solutions for insurance companies, has paid $750,000 plus a $250,000 earn out in cash for US outfit Choice Certified Contractors.

Profitable Choice provides a network of contracting services that ensures timely contact and estimation of damages resulting from insurance losses.

Its technology aids the communication and sharing of information between contractor, adjuster and the insured to get claims paid in a timely manner.

The UK firm intends to leverage this technology into its existing claims processing system.
