LONDON (ShareCast) - Irish low-cost airline Aer Lingus is looking for a new finance boss after it said top number cruncher Greg O'Sullivan will become the firm’s new company secretary.
Current company secretary Laurence Gourley moves to Head of Legal Affairs at the Dublin-based outfit. Both moves will come in to effect from the group’s AGM on 6 June.
“The appointments of Greg and Laurence to their respective posts represent the initial steps in further strengthening the management team at Aer Lingus,” said chief executive Dermot Mannion.
“We will be recruiting a CFO in due course, with the recruitment process commencing over the coming days.”
The budget carrier appointed the former FD of Irish communications provider Perlico, David Manifold, as deputy finance director last November.
