Impax Environmental Markets plc announces that on 21 November 2014 it purchased 100,000 of its own ordinary shares in the market at an average price of 151.29p per share. The highest price paid per ordinary share was 152.0p and the lowest price paid was 150.0p.  These shares will be cancelled. 

Following this share re-purchase, the Company's issued share capital will be 265,915,373 ordinary shares.  The Company will be holding 45,698,109 of these shares in Treasury.  Therefore, the total number of ordinary shares with voting rights in the Company will be 220,217,264.
