DS Smith directors buy shares after strong H1 results
Two directors at DS Smith bought stakes in the group one day after the packaging manufacturer said its “differentiated commercial offering” drove strong half-year results.

The non-executive directors, Kathleen O'Donovan and Louise Smalley, acquired 10,471 and 14,615 shares respectively at a price of 305.6p each.
O’Donovan paid £31,999 in the transaction while Smalley spent £44,663.
DS Smith saw shares rise on Thursday after reporting a 45% increase in pre-tax profit during the first six months of the year, helped by strong performances across the board.
"Our outlook remains positive as the business continues to grow, despite ongoing economic headwinds in many of our markets," group chief executive Miles Roberts said at the time.
