Issue of New Securities

Aquarius Platinum Limited advise that it has issued 36,505,657 common shares at
a deemed price of US$0.24961 per Share in lieu of cash to the original vendors
of the Kruidfontein Right. The issue of shares is in settlement of the
Company's contractual obligation to the original vendors in connection with the
Company's recent sale of its indirect interest in the Kruidfontein prospecting
right.

The total number of shares on issue is 1,501,979,560.
