LONDON (ShareCast) - Production at Hambledon Mining’s Sekisovskoye mine has increased markedly in July from June, with “steady” progress being made towards its target production.

Chairman George Eccles said the group is planning the implementation of the underground operations which he reckons will give a “considerable” boost to Hambledon’s gold output.

“At Ognevka, we are studying how best to proceed with the significant opportunity which exists there,” he added.

“The board remains optimistic about the prospects for the company.”
