LONDON (ShareCast) - Computer games developer SCi Entertainment Group has agreed to sell its Spanish distribution business Proein SL to Austria's Koch Media

The group has entered into a distribution agreement with Proein, which will continue to distribute its products in Spain under its new ownership.

"Selling the Proein business is in line with our declared strategy to have a lean and efficient approach to distribution to support our product focused, studio-led business model," says the group.
