The Family Shari'ah Fund float on AIM

LONDON (ShareCast) - The Family Shari'ah Fund, a Shari'ah compliant multi asset-class investment company, raised $31.55m when it started trading on AIM this morning. 

The new multi-asset class fund managed by The Family Office, a multi-family office based in Bahrain, placed of 31,549,999 shares at a price of $1 each. 

“The company's investments will be managed by The Family Office with the objective of generating stable long-term capital appreciation across a market cycle through a diversified pool of investments, in strict accordance with Shari'ah principles,” the group said.

The group was advised by Blomfield Corporate Finance.
