LONDON (ShareCast) - Biotechnology firm Summit Corporation said chief financial officer Darren Millington has decided to step down.
The group said Millington, who will leave on 29 August, decided to leave in order to broaden his experience and will shortly become a finance director at a private company in a different industry.
"On behalf of the board and senior management team, I wish to take this opportunity to thank Darren for his dedication and hard work during this period of significant growth for Summit," said Summit chairman Barry Price.
Summit said the recruitment process of finding a successor is underway.
