The company will provide service support for Trent XB engines that will power 19 Airbus A350 XWB aircraft to be operated by Finnair.
Finnair was the first airline to select the A350 XWB and will be the first European airline to receive the aircraft later this year.
The TotalCare agreement will see Rolls-Royce maintain the engines throughout their service life.
