LONDON (ShareCast) - Shares in Vianet steamed ahead after the supplier of remote vending machine software said it had signed an extendable five year contract with Global Telecoms Group.
The contract will enable Global Trade to white-label and license Vianet's vending and cashless payment applications for sale and distribution across its domestic and international markets using its own networks and hosted services.
Vianet said this contract confirms its position as the leading supplier in Europe of telemetry applications and devices for the vending and related markets.
"I am delighted that we have again been able to formalise our trading relationship with such a major international player and look forward to assisting this key customer and partner to expand its mobile connectivity and hosted applications and generate significant returns from its investment in our vOpen applications and devices," said Vianet MD Iain Gibson.
