LONDON (ShareCast) - Hargreaves Lansdown announces that finance director Martin Mulligan will be leaving the group at the end of December 2008 to pursue new challenges.

Tracey Taylor, who joined the group in 1999, will be appointed as the new finance director.

"We are delighted to announce the appointment of Tracey as Group Finance Director. Tracey has worked for the company for nine years and played a key role in the flotation of the business in 2007," said chairman Stephen Lansdown.
