LONDON (ShareCast) - Table-top fantasy war game company Games Workshop has confirmed that finance director Michael Sherwin will leave the company at the end of October 2008 to pursue other interests.

"The board expects to be able to confirm a finance appointment shortly," it said in a company statement.

Last month Games Workshop said trading in the last three months had been broadly in line with expectations after revealing a return to a full year profit earlier this summer.
