    LONDON (ShareCast) - Property group A&J Mucklow said it has agreed lettings for both industrial units at its latest speculative development in Birmingham, six months before practical completion.

    'Star Gate', Birmingham is located close to Junction 6, M6 motorway and will comprise two high quality buildings with a total floor area of 87,314 sq ft.

    Terms have been agreed to let both units on 15 year leases, at a combined rent of £502,065 per annum, after an initial rent free period.
