LONDON (ShareCast) - On a scarce day for director dealings, news that a new director at Computer Software has bought shares in the IT software firm helped sentiment today.
Computer Software announced that non-executive director Jeremy Bailey, who joined the group in June, snapped up 100,000 shares at 100p each for a cost of £100,000.
It was Bailey’s maiden deal in the group, giving him a stake of 100,000.
Despite shares having nearly doubled in the last year, directors at Computer Software have been busy increasing their holdings in the firm.
In fact the only director to sell any shares was former non-executive director Robert Downey, who sold 100,000 shares in February, one month before he resigned.
