The industrial action, scheduled for 20 to 23 December 2016, has now been suspended after a pay deal was struck between Unite and logistics company Wincanton.
The distribution centre, located near Burton-on-Trent in Staffordshire, supplies Argos’ other warehouses that then deliver to its shops.
The drivers claimed that Wincanton failed to pay holiday back pay, amounting to an average of £700, for two years, .
An argos spokesperson reassured customers that it was "business as usual this Christmas".
"I would like to thank our members for the solidarity they have shown during this dispute and we look forward to a positive relationship with the management at Wincanton going forward," said Unite regional officer Rick Coyle.
According to Coyle, the details of the deal are confidential and the union is currently balloting its drivers on the offer.
A Wincanton spokesperson said: "All industrial action has now been suspended pending a ballot on the terms of the agreement among Unite members, and at this important time of year, the Argos business will be unaffected."
Argos’ share price fell 11.11% to 4p at the close on Wednesday.
