Jimmy Choo to be listed on London Stock Exchange
British luxury shoe brand Jimmy Choo has announced plans to list its share on the London Stock Exchange.
The designer shoe maker, which recorded sales of £282m last year, said it would use the funds to help its expansion in Asia and other emerging markets.
"Our future as a public company can only extend our reputation," said group chief executive Pierre Denis.
The company added it was confident shareholders would benefit from annual sales growth of more than 10% and aims to convince investors that it offers the chance to gain exposure in the high-end shoe market.
The initial public offering (IPO) could value the company at more than £700m.
