Workspace acquires new office properties in Clerkenwell
Workspace Group, the London flexible office space provider, has exchanged contracts on the purchase of a converted warehouse office property in Clerkenwell, close to Exmouth Market.

The FTSE 250 group has acquired 25 & 28 Easton Street, WC1 for £16.55m from current owner and occupier Amnesty International. the human rights charity.
The offices, which is nearby several other Workspace buildings in the area, have net internal area of 21,000 sq. ft. and offer potential for extension in due course.
The property will be reconfigured and let as a business centre at the conclusion of a two-year leaseback to Amnesty at a rent of only £10 per sq. ft.
Workspace chief executive Jamie Hopkins said he expected the area to soon to benefit from the opening of the Crossrail station in Farringdon.
"This acquisition is in line with our strategy of selectively expanding our footprint in key areas of London, where we see strong demand from new and growing companies, and demonstrates our ability to continue to find sites where we can add value to the portfolio."
