The Company was notified on 13 March 2007 by Smith & Williamson Holdings Limited
that, as at 13 March 2007, they are interested in 958,500 of the Company's
ordinary shares of 1p each ('Ordinary Shares') representing 7.48 per cent. of
the Company's issued Ordinary Share capital.



Prior to this the Company was notified on 14 March 2007 by Smith & Williamson
Holdings Limited that, as at 10 March 2007, they were interested in 423,500 of
the Ordinary Shares representing 3.3 per cent. of the Company's issued Ordinary
Share capital.
