                         ("Turbotec" or "the Company")

                   Notice of Final Results and Trading Update

Turbotec Products Plc (TRBO.L), the designer and manufacturer of high
performance, high quality heat exchangers and flexible connector products, will
be announcing its Final Results for the year ended 31 March 2007, on 26 June
2007. The Board is pleased to report that they expect earnings to be ahead of
current market expectations.

The Company also expects to declare its first dividend as a public company in
respect of its maiden Final Results for the year ended 31 March 2007.

An analyst briefing given by Sunil Raina, Managing Director and Robert
Lieberman, Finance Director, will be held at 09.30hrs on Tuesday, 26 June at
Abchurch's offices, 100 Cannon Street, London, EC4N 6EU.
