Cambium Global Timberland Limited (the "Company")

Notification of Holdings

Cambium Global Timberland Limited received notification on 22 December 2011 from Stafford Timberland Limited that on 20 December 2011 they increased their holding to 7,325,311 ordinary shares representing 7.11% of the issued share capital of the Company.

Stafford Timberland Limited is the fund manager of both Stafford International Timberland V Fund LP, which holds 62.8% of the voting rights referred to above and Stafford International Timberland V Trust which holds the remaining 37.2%.
