                       Results of Annual General Meeting


Turbotec Products Plc (TRBO.L), the designer and manufacturer of high
performance, high quality heat exchangers and flexible connector products,
announces that at the Company's Annual General Meeting held on 14 August 2007,
all the resolutions proposed were duly passed by the shareholders.  Details of
the resolutions can be found in the Company's Annual Report and Financial
Statements for the Year Ended 31 March 2007.


The Company is also pleased to report that its website
(www.turbotecproducts.com) is now fully compliant with AIM Rule 26.
