                                  Board Change


Quadnetics has agreed to release David Orme, Group Operations Director to take
up a position as Chief Executive of a private, non-competing company based in
continental Europe. Mr Orme will be continuing in his current post, and as a
director of the Company, until a proper handover has been completed, expected to
be before the end of the current calendar year.


Commenting on the move, Russ Singleton, Chief Executive, said:


"In the two years David that has been with us he has been mainly focused on
Quadrant Security Group, our services business, and played a key role in the
successful integration of the SDA Protec acquisition. The Board and I would like
to thank David for his efforts and wish him every success for his future
career".
