                   Disclosure of Material Interest in shares


Gable received notification on 10 September pursuant to the FSA Disclosure and
Transparency Rules that, as a result of recent purchases, Helium Special
Situations Fund is now interested in 16,105,000 ordinary shares of the Company,
representing 14.35 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.


Gable confirms that, as at the date of this announcement, its issued share
capital comprises 112,200,000 Ordinary Shares of 0.25 pence each.  All of the
Ordinary Shares have equal voting rights, and none of the Ordinary Shares are
held in Treasury. The total number of voting rights in the Company is therefore
112,200,000.


This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations
by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in,
or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the
Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
