                                 Contract with
                            Alliance & Leicester plc

i-design, the media company which joined AIM in July, is delighted to announce
that it has signed a five year contract with Alliance & Leicester plc ("Alliance
& Leicester"), for the provision of the Group's ATM advertising solution, ATM:
ad.

Based on unrivalled technology developed by i-design, ATM:ad will enable
Alliance & Leicester to run both third party advertising and internal marketing
campaigns across its ATM estate.

The five year contract with Alliance & Leicester comprises an initial licence
fee for the use of i-design's software and ongoing maintenance charges.
Additionally, the contract includes the exclusive rights for i-design to sell
third party advertising space across Alliance & Leicester's ATM network. These
sites include ATMs on high streets, university campuses, supermarket and petrol
station premises.

The contract with Alliance & Leicester represents i-design's third major ATM
network, having already secured contracts with Nationwide Building Society and
HSBC.

Commenting on the win, Ana Stewart, CEO of i-design, said

not only to advertisers but also to banks who are interested in innovative ways
of reaching their customers and generating additional revenues.

The benefits of our raised profile since joining AIM in July this year have
played an important role in signing this contract and we continue to accelerate
the growth of the business, now having exclusive rights to sell advertising on
over 2000 ATMs."
