                           Director/PDMR Shareholding

The Company has been notified that on 9 October 2007, William Dewsall, Chief
Executive of Gable, acquired a further 875,000 ordinary shares in the Company.
Following this purchase William Dewsall holds 20,950,000 ordinary shares of
0.25p representing 18.67 per cent of the Company's issued share capital.
