Results of EGM

Further to the Company's Announcement made on 13 September 2007, the Directors
are pleased to announce that at the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company
held earlier today all resolutions put to the meeting were duly passed.  The
resolutions were passed on a poll and the votes were 99.84 per cent. for and
0.16 per cent. against in respect of both resolutions.

As a result of the resolutions being passed at the EGM, the Company expects that
the listings of the ordinary shares on the Official Lists of the UK Listing
Authority and the Channel Islands Stock Exchange and the trading in the ordinary
shares on the London Stock Exchange and the Channel Islands Stock Exchange will
be suspended at 7.30 a.m. on 15 October 2007.
