M&C Saatchi plc ("M&C Saatchi" or "the Company")

Exercise of Options


The Company has received applications to exercise 8,421 options to subscribe 
for new Ordinary Shares (the 'New Shares').

The New Shares have been issued and allotted and rank pari passu with the 
existing ordinary Shares of 1p each in the Company. Trading of the New Shares 
on AIM is expected to commence on 20 November 2007.

The total number of Ordinary Shares in issue following this exercise of options
will be 59,660,782. Of this total, 700,000 Ordinary Shares are held in treasury.

Therefore, the total number of Ordinary Shares with voting rights 
will be 58,960,782.
