On Friday 16 November 2007 the Company acquired shares to settle entitlements
under its Share Incentive Plan. The shares awarded to the directors were as
follows:

Justin Parker 1,744
David Wooldridge 1,742


All shares were acquired at 341.5p into A & J Mucklow (Nominees) Limited.


Following the acquisition, the holdings of the directors are:

Justin Parker 5,554
David Wooldridge 15,348


Rupert Mucklow's disposal of 2100 shares earlier on the same day enabled his
participation in the Share Incentive Plan award.
